Nelson Bush is a Senior Managing Consultant at PFM. He is responsible for the management of client relationships for the SNAP Program. Mr. Bush previously managed customer service operations for SNAP and other pool investment programs at PFM.
   
Barbara Fava

Barbara Fava is a Managing Director at PFM. Ms. Fava is responsible for developing and managing investment programs for proceeds of tax-exempt bonds and has consulted on investment pools in eleven states. Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Fava served as Deputy State Treasurer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Director of the Bureau of Cash Management and Investments.
   
David Calvert, CFA

David Calvert is a Senior Managing Consultant at PFM. He is responsible for providing technical and analytical support to SNAP participants. He will evaluate investment strategies for bond proceeds and will conduct regular account reviews. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
   
Dave Reeser

Dave Reeser is a Managing Director at PFM. He is responsible for managing arbitrage rebate services for PFM and the SNAP Program. During his tenure with PFM, Mr. Reeser has provided arbitrage rebate services, including arbitrage rebate computations, yield restriction compliance analysis, spending exception tests, transferred proceeds analysis, and commingled funds allocations.

Katia Frock is a Senior Managing Consultant at PFM. She is a member of the arbitrage rebate services team at PFM and provides arbitrage rebate services for the SNAP program. She is responsible for performing arbitrage rebate calculations, yield restriction compliance analysis, spending exception analysis, transferred proceeds calculations, commingled funds allocations, cash flow analysis, and other arbitrage related services.

Brad Lamb is an Operations Support Administrator at PFM. He answers the SNAP line and is responsible for SNAP participants' shareholder accounting and operations.
   
Michael Varano
SNAP Fund Portfolio Manager

Michael Varano is a Managing Director at PFM. Mr. Varano is responsible for the trading and management of fixed income money market portfolios totaling over $6 billion. Mr. Varano currently manages ten statewide, commingled bond proceeds investment pools and five money market funds utilized for operating funds.
